Millions of years ago, our rugged mountains were the bottom of a sub-tropical sea. Today, trained fossil hunters can find rich beds of fossilized sea life - shells, shark teeth and whale bones. Our presenter Charly Shelton will bring some of his finds, and tell us about his fossil hunts in the mountains just above us.

Regular meetings are held the third Monday of each month at 7:00 PM at the the Center for Spiritual Living, formerly known as the La Crescenta Church of Religious Science located at the intersection of Dunsmore and Santa Carlotta.
