We cover the Crescenta Valley geographically, and include La Crescenta, Montrose, La Canada, and parts of Glendale.
We have a close relationship with the Crescenta Valley Town Council, the CV Chamber of Commerce, the Foothill Design Committee, the Montrose Shopping Park Association, as well as the historical groups around us, such as the Little Landers Historical Society, The Glendale Historical Society, and the Lanterman House. We also feature columns in the Crescenta Valley Weekly called CV Then and Now and Treasures of the Valley.
We are actively seeking old photos of the Crescenta Valley for our ongoing research, and the creation of a new book on CV history. We do accept donations of photos and artifacts, and maintain an archive located at the Lanterman House Archive Room in La Canada. If you have old photos but would like to hang onto them, we can scan photos and archive them electronically. Please contact lawlerdad at yahoo.com if you would like to share any of your photos or artifacts with our group.
