The Battle of the Bulge

Remember History and Those That Served

Monday May 21st, 7pm
at the Center for Spiritual Living

Gordon Hearne and Murray Shapiro are both veterans of the Battle of the Bulge. This mid-winter battle was one of the worst of WWII, as the last strength of Germany pushed against the Allied lines in December of 1944. These two soldiers saw intense fighting and will share some of their stories.

WWII reenactor Taylor Menadue will talk about the equipment and tactics, and will display his collection.

Regular meetings are held the third Monday of each month at 7:00 PM at the the Center for Spiritual Living, formerly known as the La Crescenta Church of Religious Science located at the intersection of Dunsmore and Santa Carlotta.
