The Ford Flathead engine, produced in various forms from 1908 to 1953 has been the staple of hot rod enthusiasts. One of the best know rebuilders of these antique engines is right here in La Crescenta, where since 1972 they've souped up inline fours and V8's for hot rods all over the world! You're invited to tour their shop with the owner Mike Herman.
