The hitchhiking scene from "It Happened One Night" was shot on Sunland Blvd.
Elliot's house in "E. T. The Extra-terrestrial" is in the Seven Hills community in Tujunga.
Sunland-Tujunga has served as a back lot for movie studios for decades - from silent movies to modern shows like "Sons of Anarchy". Tujunga resident Craig Durst, who works in the entertainment industry, will profile many of the notable films and TV shows that have been shot there.
