Many of us consider St. Luke's to be the architectural gem of the Crescenta Valley. Designed and built in 1924 by the world famous artist Seymour Thomas, its distinctive European appearance has made it an instantly recognizable icon of La Crescenta.
Come with us and take a fresh look at this beautiful stone church, with an emphasis on viewing the artwork this church contains. Rev. Bryan Jones, Vicar of St. Luke's, will be pulling out some of the Seymour Thomas pieces that have not been seen in many years! Charlie Shelton, reporter for the CV Weekly newspaper will be our guide and historian for this event.
