Several new Armenian churches in our area are providing us with some stunning and beautiful architecture. On this self-driving guided tour we will visit some of the most spectacular of these new churches, learn the origins of this distinctive architectural style, plus learn some history of the Armenian Church and Armenian culture.
Meet at the Western Prelacy of the Armenian Apostolic Church (6252 Honolulu Ave.) to begin this tour, after which we will visit St. Gregory in Glendale, and St. Leon in Burbank. Maps will be provided. Approx 2 1/2 hours.
